The Matrix services are deployed with ansible from matrix-docker-ansible-deploy maintained by spantaleev (Github).
The update process
The services are maintained by one person. Please be patient if the update is not immediate. He will review the playbook and update all services from time to time. Of course, you can inform him about updates in the support channel. This is also the reason why only unplanned updates can be carried out. The services can suddenly be offline, but should be available again after a few minutes, just wait a bit. ;-)

Maintenance times
Maintenance/service times usually take place at the weekend. In case of urgency, downtimes may occur at any time to maintain service and protect your data. Someone told me once: "A good admin is an admin you never hear from". :-)
